Texas House District #78 is quite a unique portion of El Paso. Representative Margo serves West and Northeast El Paso, as well as the communities of Canutillo, Vinton, Westway, Prado Verde and Anthony. The Franklin Mountain State Park divides the district and provides a stunning backdrop to our neighborhoods.
